AWESOME!!! All my apprehensions vanished when Steve did my out of state move in December, nasty weather and all. They were meticulous, conscientious, thoughtful and always responsive. This is the third time I have had the pleasure of using Sea's Moving. One a partial move and I was so impressed and at ease with them that the next time I had them do the whole move. Could not have been more pleased. Expert, efficient and just nice people. This last one was small, (just a few things going to family in NYC) yet they were so accommodating, exactly on time, very efficient and again really nice. It was a long day. They had to haul stuff from our house in Cornwallville, NY, down to Washington Heights, NYC, unload that, then load up stuff from there in the city that had to go back to Cornwallville - then unload THAT haul. They even helped move furniture around after it was all unloaded. Such great service. A very long day for them and us. SEA's is a first-rate company. They handled all of it beautifully. I would definitely recommend them and hire them again.

I needed a piano moved from a carpeted area and a desk in an awkward location. I have never seen two guys move so quickly and skillfully! I had no worries about damage or any problems while watching them work. I would recommend this company without hesitation - they are amazing and very reasonably priced. Did I mention they were incredibly polite and friendly? It doesn't get any better than this! The person receiving the piano also mentioned how incredible they were. So, from beginning to end an amazing job; I wouldn't call anyone else!

Fast, reliable, friendly. They got the job done with a relatively last minute reservation. We even had to bump it up a day early due to the snowstorm coming. They were able to get it all done efficiently while it snowed during the whole move. Two guys, wore masks the entire time, and were very cordial.
I know a lot of people find moving stressful, but I've actually never viewed it that way before. I truly don't mind the moving aspect, yet this particular one was a completely different situation. Now I see why people fret over moving. Sea's helped me out in such a pinch, otherwise, it would have been beyond stressful.
I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the Hudson area. Thanks guys!

SEA's Moving moved me from Brooklyn to Kingston. Super responsive and flexible when it came to getting the proper approvals for my strict coop. building. Very clear about the fee structure.
The move out was done fast and professionally. Steve and Larry were quick, neat, and courteous, and cared about the job.

SEA's Moving is first-rate. I and my family have used them at least six times, both local and long-distance, and every experience has been excellent. Steve and his crew are extremely careful in how they handle your furniture and other goods; they treat it just as if they are moving their own valuables. They are extremely prompt and responsive, and they are also very courteous and professional on the job. And the rates are very reasonable. I have had negative experiences with many movers in the past, and my share of damage from those other movers, and SEA's is worlds apart from all of them. I wouldn't use anyone else.

these guys are the best. I had to move 11 very large paintings for an art show, delicate enough so that they had to be wrapped and tied in perfectly to avoid any possible damage, and then driven 20 miles to the gallery, the first 4 miles over very rough dirt road they got the work delivered and returned when the show was over without a scratch or dent on anything they are very business like; precise, right on time, efficient, polite ( very nice to work with ) and very reasonably priced for moving anything from a solid steel safe to Grandma's best china you couldn't ask for more use them they're perfect

We have moved many times over the years, but our best moving experience was with SEA’s Moving of Saugerties, NY. in April of 2019. We called on SEAs to pack and move furniture and almost everything else from our summer home in Saugerties to our permanent home in Florida. This was a last minute job when we had to prepare for the sale and closing of this home, but our deadline was no problem for SEAs owner, Steve Arnold. He and his capable, courteous, and efficient crew packed everything up, then moved it all by truck to our home in Florida. SEA’s can do moves of all types, including long distance moves like ours, which made the whole process super easy for us. No salespeople, minimum requirements, or dealings with an unknown third party national mover. Steve quoted us a very fair price for our entire job, and then actually found a way to reduce the final bill when he arrived with our truckload in Florida. He was so helpful and careful at both ends, dismantling and reassembling pieces as necessary, and helping place items in Florida. We are so impressed with Steve and his company. It is rare these days to find such honest, capable, conscientious, careful and efficient people like this! What a pleasure to do business with SEA’s Moving!

Steve, from Sea’s Moving and his associate Chris were totally Awesome Guys.
They assisted us with moving a large, heavy and bulky Gym Weight set out of a narrow basement stairwell. They retuned my phone call immediately, showed up on time, and got straight to work quickly. They came prepared with all the necessary tools and were extremely careful and very knowledgeable, experienced, and professional movers.
To Top it All off they were very kind and respectful gentlemen too.

We just moved to our new home a week or so ago. I called SEA's and spoke to Steve. He was so professional, and at the same time very friendly. We set up a date for moving last week. It just so happens that when I called to confirm, he was very concerned about the rain and my belongings. I also felt like that, but figured I made that date and I must keep it. He was so concerned, he suggested we do it the next day when it was suppose to be clear. Needless to say, I was very appreciative.
He and his crew arrived on time and went right to work. They were wonderful, and didn't waste a second. I might add they had to carry very heavy furniture down a flight of stairs. If you want the best for your money, SEA's is it!!

I had a small but very last minute move to do, and since we just moved here I didn't know anyone who could help. I called Guardian Self Storage and asked if they knew anyone, and he recommended Steve at SEA.
I called and left a message, and he called back within five minutes. I told him what I needed and since it was a smaller he very kindly adjusted his rate. He was at my place within an hour and the job was done in fifteen minutes. The thing is he went out of his way to be helpful and was also extremely pleasant, and it goes without saying that he knew exactly how to move the piece safely. He's earned our loyalty for life. I can't recommend his services highly enough.

We had an on site move, where we hired Sea's to haul an extremely heavy table top and a few other items from a first floor up a fairly narrow flight of stairs that included a 90 degree turn. The two guys who delivered the table refused to even try to help us get it upstairs, saying it was way too heavy. Sea's crew did it professionally, on time, under their quote for time and labor. The company was amazing. I have a lot of heavy antique mirrored furniture. They were able to safely get my Grandmother's curved glass-front china cabinet safely to its destination along with everything else. Some of the old pieces had to be taken apart and put back together again. All was done quickly and correctly. Steven is a master packer. I couldn't believe he fit everything onto the truck and still had room for my patio furniture! Both Steven and Jerome were professional and courteous and eager to help me get everything where it needed to go. Their pricing is very fair and I've been recommending SEA's moving to all of my friends.

Steve and his guys helped my 74 year old mother move from Kingston to Florida this past August. I am not local and needed him to also help pack all of her items. They did a fantastic job! He was so friendly and punctual. He stuck to his timeline and quote. His price was reasonable and I was glad to be able to support a locally owned small business. When they arrived in Florida, he loaded everything into her 3rd floor apartment and was extremely careful with her items. My mom was so pleased! Based on these Yelp reviews we hired SEA's to unload a large container of boxes, art and antique furniture we shipped from California to the Hudson Valley. A good friend who didn't have a computer was moving from Poughkeepsie, NY to O'Fallon, Ill. and asked for my help in finding a good moving company. After researching online, SEA Moving appeared to be a good choice. The owner, Steve, set up an initial meeting where he went over the process. Within a week he called with a reasonable quote which included a Senior discount and was able to schedule the move on the desired date. The whole move went extremely smooth. The care that was taken in packing and unpacking everything was amazing. There was not one scratch on anything. Throughout the whole process, Steve and his assistant were efficient, professional, on time and took the greatest of care in handling my friend's belongings. Used SEA's moving last week to empty a storage unit. After picking up a Budget truck rental and NOT getting the size truck I thought i needed (they only had 16', I'd reserved a 24', but that is another review...), I met Steve and his crew at the Unit. He showed up with an extra guy at no charge, enabling quicker work of the job. Since space was definitely going to be an issue, they carefully packed everything utilizing every inch of space. I was nervous that we'd run out of room, but it all fit thanks to the careful packing. I had a 2 hour drive to the destination and nothing even shifted a bit. Great job and I would definitely recommend! Accepts credit cards also.

Steven moved my daughter from Albany to Los Angeles. My wife and I also sent furniture including a heavy antique piano which Steven and his crew moved 2000 mile without a scratch. Today I moved from Albany to Boston, and Steven and his crew were the best movers I could've ever hoped for. They were reasonable, honest and did an outstanding job. I recently bought a lot of really nice wooden furniture, and Steven and his crew did not scratch a thing. The only damage was a tiny scratch I did on my dining table. When Steven noticed it towards the end of the day, he suddenly appeared worried, but then I calmed his worries by telling him I accidentally damaged the table before they arrived, and then he seemed relieved. That is the sign of a person who cares about the quality of work being performed, and I am glad I chose Steven and his team.
I strongly recommend them to anyone in the Capital Region for moving local or long distance; they're the best! Thank you guys for making what should've been a stressful experience into a good one! Incredible! We had a 4 bedroom home, just under 4,000 sq ft, to move on 4/9/16. I wanted to go local so I chose SEA's. Soooo glad I did. They moved everything in under ten hours and came in under the estimated price. We had some tough items to move -- a 400 lbs. NordicTrak! Nothing we owned was damaged, nothing in our new home was marred or scratched, and the crew kept smiles on their faces all day. Very polite and professional and everyone spoke English. I mention this because without a language barrier it was easier to explain where and how I wanted items set up. I would highly recommend Steve and his men.

I highly recommend Steve and his SEA crew. They were everything you hope for when hiring a Mover.
Honest - Their fees were reasonable AND when paying, Steve offered a Senior discount from the agreed-to cost, which I did not know about and did not ask for. That's worth a recommendation.
Thorough and productive - no slack time. These guys worked hard from the first minute to the last.
Careful with my belongings - nothing damaged.
I feel fortunate that I found Steve and SEA movers.

On 3/24/16, SEA's Moving moved me from Northern Columbia Co., NY to Rhinebeck, NY. I can't write enough superlatives in this little box to express my great satisfaction with the job that was done for me. I'm pretty sure that I couldn't have found a better mover than SEA's.
The three man crew (Steve, Dean & Jerome) were on time to the job, professional (and amiable), thorough in protecting my furniture, careful, very hard working, and very fast (which ensured that my final bill was not "padded"). Additionally, Steve helped me fix two pieces of furniture that needed repair before I hired SEA's to move me. He's probably a rare "jewel" in the world of moving businesses. If I ever have to move again, I would hire SEA's ...IN A HEART BEAT!!!

"These guys are top notch! They were efficient and careful, stayed very close to the estimate they provided and were just great to work with. I've moved several times and this was by far the easiest move I have ever done, and that says a lot when you have a toddler. All our items were moved without any damage, boxes were placed in the correct rooms, and furniture was set right where I requested.
